Eroslavia has never had a traditional national costume. As the Eroslavian King says, it's never too late. As always, although Eroslavia is not a democracy, he always keeps the people involved and has requested ideas on what the national costume should be.
This is one of those ideas, submitted by a devoted nationalist and royalist. (which all the people in Eroslavia are, by law)
This particular submission is interesting, because it was around the time where the king received this, that he decided to extend the period in which the people of Eroslavia can submit new ideas.
